Refund Policy

dwellwrite is operated by Calvin Jenkins Jr. We want you to love dwellwrite. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked. This applies to both subscription plans and add-on listing packs.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all dwellwrite orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
• Or contact us at hello@dwellwrite.ai and we'll help you initiate the refund.

Once approved, refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page or via Paddle. Cancellation stops future billing — you keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
