4. AI processing
Inputs you submit (listing details, brand voice, photos) are sent to AI model providers (such as Google and OpenAI via the Lovable AI Gateway) to generate outputs. These providers process the data on our behalf as subprocessors and do not use your inputs to train their public models under our agreements.

- Professional advisers — legal and accounting professionals where necessary.
- Authorities — where required by law or to protect our rights.
6. International transfers
Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where data leaves the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
7. Data retention
We keep account and content data for as long as your account is active. After you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons (typically up to 7 years for financial records held by Paddle).
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccuracies; delete your data; restrict or object to processing; port your data; and withdraw consent at any time. UK/EEA residents also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority. We respond to verified requests within one month. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@dwellwrite.ai.
9. Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, row-level security on our database, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password.
10. Cookies
dwellwrite uses only essential cookies required to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Paddle's checkout may set its own cookies — see Paddle's cookie notice.
